As an Instructional Designer within our Learning & Development Team, you will play a key role in shaping and developing relevant, effective, and inclusive online and blended-learning courses for the firm. You will provide leadership and direction through all phases of a learning project—design, development, delivery, and evaluation—to create innovative, engaging learning experiences. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and high-performance environment.This role requires expertise in instructional design, strong communication and LMS capabilities, and a deep understanding of adult learning theory. You'll have the opportunity to build and manage full-scale learning solutions that help our clients and internal teams succeed.This is a remote position that can work from anywhere within the United States.
