Physician HR Consultant III, Disability Management
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Facilitates the return to work process for employees with injuries or illnesses.
• Manages disability job accommodation requests and processes for ADA/ADAAA, FMLA, LOA, and workers' compensation.
• Provides case management and serves as a resource for employees, supervisors, and managers regarding modified duty and disability leave.
• Works with insurance companies and maintains employee database systems.
• Creates reports, metrics, and conducts analyses to identify trends in disability management.
• Conducts education and training sessions about disability management policies and procedures.
• Supports the development and deployment of HR strategies, programs, policies, and procedures.
• Assists in the implementation of organizational change efforts and monitors their impact on employees.
• Performs employee and labor relations activities, including research and recommendations on employment regulations.
• Supports HR compliance by staying updated on regulatory changes.
Requirements
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in return to work, disability management, ADAAA, case management, workers' compensation, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in human resources or business operations.
Nice-to-haves
• Two (2) years experience as an HR generalist or working across multiple HR disciplines.
• Two (2) years health care experience.
