Hospitality Solutions Lead
About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop and nurture strategic alliances with Property Management System (PMS) and guest reservation systems vendors.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless integration and compatibility with our products and services.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in hospitality technologies to identify potential partnerships.
• Lead commercial initiatives related to hospitality solutions, including negotiations, contract management, and pricing strategies.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for hospitality solutions.
• Contribute to the establishment and growth of the Center of Excellence for travel and hospitality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization.
• Provide leadership in the development and delivery of training programs related to hospitality solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, delivery teams, and organizational leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements
• 14-16 years of experience in hospitality solutions or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Aptos POS basics.
• Experience in IT business support, supply chain management, and franchise management.
