Job Summary Job Description Part-Time Appointment Setter (Louisville, KY) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: On-site in Louisville, KY About the Role: We're looking for a driven and dependable Appointment Setter to join our Diversified Health Services team. In this part-time position, you'll be responsible for cold calling prospective customers to set appointments for our in-house agents. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and takes pride in their work. What You'll Do: Make outbound calls to prospective customers Schedule appointments for our in-house sales agents Effectively engage with customers over the phone Maintain accurate records in our CRM system Sit and work at a desk for extended periods (80%+ of the time) What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in an outbound call center preferred Comfortable making cold calls — not afraid to pick up the phone Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Strong attention to detail Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and a team player Why Join Us?
