Hello there! We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager 1 to join our team at Intuit as the leader of our Enterprise Suite Service and Support division. In this role, you will oversee a team of dedicated professionals and be responsible for providing top-notch support and customer service to our Enterprise Suite clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, has strong leadership skills, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Lead and manage the Enterprise Suite Service and Support division at Intuit. Oversee a team of professionals and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed. Ensure that the team is delivering high-quality and efficient service to our Enterprise Suite clients. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer service experience and satisfaction. Monitor and analyze team performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in customer service and technical support. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise Suite clients. Create and maintain reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics. Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients. Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages growth and development. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the division. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Keep up-to-date with the Enterprise Suite product and service offerings to effectively support clients.
