Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

About the position Responsibilities • Assist clients with claim submissions and provide status updates. • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person. • Process and manage personal lines insurance policies. • Work closely with underwriters and agents to ensure smooth processing of policies. • Enter and update client information in the company's database and CRM system. • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding policy changes and billing. • Prepare, review, and file insurance documents for accuracy and compliance. • Address client concerns and work with relevant departments to find solutions. • Provide clients with billing information and assist with payment-related inquiries. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus. • 2+ years of relevant work experience in personal lines insurance. • Prior knowledge of policy management, quoting, or claims handling in personal lines insurance. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and products. • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality customer support. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
