Workers Compensation Claims Advocate (Remote)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from initial report through resolution, ensuring clients receive timely and personalized support.
• Advocate on behalf of injured workers to ensure their claims are processed accurately and promptly.
• Provide face-to-face and virtual consultations to clients and their employees to navigate the claims process.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including medical professionals and legal representatives, to move claims forward.
• Maintain detailed records of claim progress and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Support efforts to retain key clients by delivering exceptional service, especially for those with high-dollar contributions.
Requirements
• Previous experience in workers' compensation claims management or related fields.
• Strong advocacy skills with the ability to handle sensitive and complex cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
