Our client, a highly regarded mid-sized law firm, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This is a fully remote Litigation Attorney position offering the opportunity to work with a collaborative, nationally recognized practice group. About the Role The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of litigation experience in complex matters. The role involves managing cases from inception through resolution, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, and handling hearings and mediations.
