Client Services Agent
Description:
• Communicate with clients via email and phone to understand their preferences and needs
• Plan and book all aspects of the trip including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Research and provide clients with information about destinations, attractions, and visa requirements
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best deals for our clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the travel landscape
• Create detailed itineraries and travel documents for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire process
• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the trip and provide prompt solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using booking systems and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented and able to handle and organize large amounts of information
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and client needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passionate about helping others have memorable experiences
