We’re looking for a remote sales performance advisor — not a closer, not a setter. This role is focused on sales process review and optimization only. You’ll work alongside our existing sales rep to: • Review call recordings and follow-up sequences • Recommend improvements to improve conversions • Help tighten scripts, objections, proposal flow • Report on deal progress and lost opportunity feedback • Optionally advise on CRM hygiene and funnel structure Who This Is For: • Experienced sales manager, coach, or strategist • Strong at analyzing sales calls, follow-ups, and closing patterns • Not interested in commission-based closing — just advising and optimizing • Able to work async, low-time commitment • Comfortable with low-stakes performance-based comp or fixed project rate Requirements: • Proven background in sales ops, B2B sales consulting, or coaching • Clear, structured communication • Experience with HubSpot, PandaDoc, or sales CRMs preferred • Understanding of high-ticket consulting or software sales is a plus Company DescriptionJunziTech is a software consulting firm that helps startups and small businesses launch fast, lean, and scalable digital products.
