Remote Call Center Agent - Contact Center Representative
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team at Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services. As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our prescribers and members, while working from the comfort of your own home.

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound phone calls from prescribers and members, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Utilize multiple software systems to create prescription cases, determine coverage, and manage appeals processes
- Communicate effectively with members and prescribers, displaying excellent written and verbal skills
- Meet or exceed government-mandated timelines, while maintaining high productivity and quality standards
- Convey resolutions to beneficiaries or providers via direct communication and professional correspondence
- Acquire and maintain basic knowledge of relevant client guidance and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Prior call center experience, preferably with a multi-screen setup
- High-speed and reliable internet connection
- Quiet and focused work environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with members and prescribers while managing multiple software systems
- Accountable, results-driven, and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in navigation of multiple computer applications and keyboard skills (30 WPM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of general business experience, including problem resolution and customer service
- Six months of PBM/pharmaceutical related work experience
- 1+ years of call center experience and healthcare background
- Team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exposure to business domain and organizational skills, including multi-tasking and prioritization
Education:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
