We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee transactional responsibilities, manage physical damage spend, and provide actionable insights to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee physical damage spend and handle transactional responsibilities to ensure seamless operations
 - Provide clients with transparent and timely updates on spending, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how and why money is spent
 - Deliver real-time insights on physical damage to client contacts, enabling data-driven decision-making
 - Attend client meetings and business reviews as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing expert guidance and support
 - Educate internal stakeholders on best practices in the Collision Repair industry, promoting a culture of excellence
 
A Day in the Life:
- Analyze incoming estimates and photos to ensure safe, cost-effective, and brand-consistent repair plans
 - Make informed spending decisions and recommendations for clients on vehicle repairs and replacements
 - Conduct detailed analyses of repair estimates for various vehicle types, identifying opportunities for savings and optimization
 - Communicate complex repair details to clients, providing clarity and transparency throughout the process
 - Identify emerging trends, costs, and damage patterns, and deliver actionable insights to client contacts
 - Develop and implement best practices for handling exceptions, such as flood vehicles, contamination, and natural disasters
 - Serve as a trusted SME within the Repair team, providing expert guidance on cost and methodology of repairs
 
Ideal Candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
 - Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry, with collision industry experience highly valued
 - In-depth knowledge of vehicle anatomy, repair techniques, and state and federal regulations regarding collision repair
 - Physical Damage Appraiser license or equivalent experience; I-CAR certification a plus
