Join Experian, a global leader in data and technology, as a Contract Specialist Expert, where you will play a vital role in supporting the Experian Health Legal and Contracting department. As a key member of our team, you will focus on drafting, revising, and finalizing customer contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Draft, edit, and finalize customer agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • Conduct negotiation calls with customers and third-party vendors, building strong relationships and driving successful outcomes
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, reports, and databases, ensuring efficient and effective contracting processes
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to exceed business goals and objectives
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in legal, contracting, and negotiation, with a strong understanding of contract law and principles
  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce and APTTUS, with proficiency in contract management software and tools
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a JD preferred
