Technical Project Manager - Customer Onboarding
Join Our Team: We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to drive operational excellence in our customer onboarding process. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, managing timelines, and surfacing potential blockers. In this role, you'll be at the center of fast-paced, cross-functional onboarding efforts, working closely with internal stakeholders, and communicating updates to customers. You'll own the orchestration of onboarding projects, managing trackers, aligning internal teams, and creating systems that make onboarding more efficient, predictable, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve onboarding project plans and status trackers across MTA and MMM implementations.
 - Own timeline management and progress tracking across onboarding workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and customers are informed.
 - Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Professional Services, to keep projects on track.
 - Lead customer-facing onboarding status calls, bringing in internal experts as needed to provide technical details and ensure customer satisfaction.
 - Manage all customer communications related to project timelines, status updates, and open items, ensuring transparency and trust.
 - Align onboarding timelines with customer teams based on their internal resourcing and priorities, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
 - Proactively identify and escalate risks or blockers, maintaining momentum and ensuring project delivery.
 - Design and refine systems, workflows, and documentation to support scalable, high-quality onboarding, continuously improving our processes and procedures.
 
Ideal Candidate:
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical project management role, with a customer-facing focus.
 - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations with customers and internal stakeholders.
 - Comfortable working with technical products, asking clarifying questions, and navigating ambiguity.
 - Excited to build and improve systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
 - Collaborative team player with experience working across functions and departments.
 - Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills required, with experience in project management tools and software a plus.
 - Martech or adtech experience is highly desirable, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $80,000 - $120,000, depending on skills and experience, with equity options available.
