We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client's service center team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing requests, and ensuring seamless communication with participants, financial advisors, and plan administrators.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine, review, process, calculate, and administer payments or claims based on plan information, documentation, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Respond to all account owners and participant inquiries and requests promptly and accurately, meeting department and individual service levels and quality goals.
  • Process financial and non-financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and team orientation, supporting departmental objectives and business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with plan document provisions, regulations, guidelines, and company procedures, maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion and passing of PC assessment.
  • High school diploma or GED, with further applicable education or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience within a client service setting within financial services preferred.
  • Knowledge of tax-advantaged accounts and benefit plans, insurance, claims, or payments preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel applications, as well as claims processing or benefit card systems.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations regarding urgent customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

What to Expect:

  • The first 3-4 weeks consist of training from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.
  • Completion of a PC Assessment is required, which will be emailed to qualified candidates.
