As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our success by managing and improving our critical business systems.
Position Outline:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst for Aeetna (a CVS Wellbeing company) is a vital contributor to our business-supported programs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to optimize operations and enhance our services. This role may require occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate operational and administrative activities related to projects and business-supported programs.
 - Oversee and resolve complex issues and data discrepancies, responding to critical business needs.
 - May orchestrate data exchange between the health plan database and external vendors and internal systems.
 - May participate in data governance and data quality initiatives.
 - Conducts analysis and translates business needs into clear Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications within defined timelines, considering all stakeholders from a holistic perspective.
 - Ensures end-to-end requirements are thoroughly understood.
 - Expert in at least one business system.
 - Applies specific functional or business expertise to execute assigned tasks and develop project requirements.
 - Reports, tracks, and resolves data quality issues.
 - Contributes to the design and planning of data transformation methodologies.
 - Completes projects on time and within budget, proactively identifying and communicating risks to the Project Manager.
 - Ensures proper documentation and dissemination of relevant communications.
 - Mentors and guides less experienced Business Analysts.
 
Required Qualifications:
- Must reside in Oklahoma.
 - Experience with business operations, consulting, data analysis, or data integration.
 - Ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and apply creativity to problem-solving.
 - Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
 - 5+ years of experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
 - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Oklahoma up to 10% of the time. Mileage reimbursement provided.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare or oversight care industry experience.
 - Medicaid experience.
 - Project management experience.
 - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
 - Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
 - Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
