We are seeking a resourceful and results-oriented Strategic Market Intelligence & Growth Specialist to contribute to the expansion and optimization of our third-party seller ecosystem in the US market. This role is pivotal in identifying high-potential product categories, optimizing pricing strategies, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
As a Strategic Market Intelligence & Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for in-depth market analysis, strategic planning, and proactive engagement with sellers to drive growth and enhance our product selection. You will leverage your analytical skills and business acumen to uncover market gaps, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and cultivate strong relationships with key marketplace players. Primary Responsibilities:
- Deep Market Expertise: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonal trends, global dynamics, and competitor activities. Continuously monitor industry developments and emerging opportunities.
 - Strategic Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to our platform through targeted outreach, industry events, and compelling presentations.
 - Seller Enablement & Advocacy: Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations to sellers, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize their listings for delivery, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
 - Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address seller concerns, resolve issues, and champion their needs.
 - Market Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify unmet customer needs and emerging product trends, informing strategic product selection decisions.
 - GTM Strategy Development: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product categories and initiatives, ensuring successful launch and adoption by sellers and customers.
 - Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to seller growth, product selection, and marketplace performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
 - Competitive Landscape Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
 
Primary Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
 - 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales, market analysis, or business development role, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods industries.
 - Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and drive results through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
 - Passion for identifying and promoting new products and offerings to new markets.
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.
 - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and demonstrate a proactive, results-driven mindset.
 - Strong commercial acumen, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
 - Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
 - Comfortable working with financial data and possessing polished communication skills for speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating.
 - Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a high-energy environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the e-commerce sector.
 - 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry.
 - 3+ years of direct sales experience.
