Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Data Management: Accurately and efficiently enter, update, and maintain data within Amazon's core systems and databases, ensuring data is consistently represented.
• Data Validation & Correction: Proactively identify, verify, and rectify data discrepancies to uphold the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy. This includes investigating data anomalies and implementing corrective actions.
• Confidentiality & Security Stewardship: Adhere strictly to protocols for safeguarding sensitive information, ensuring data confidentiality and security in accordance with Amazon's policies and industry best practices.
• Process Adherence & Quality Assurance: Diligently follow established data entry procedures, quality control guidelines, and internal workflows to guarantee data quality and consistency.
• Collaborative Teamwork & Goal Achievement: Effectively collaborate with team members, managers, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines, achieve team objectives, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Administrative & Project Support: Provide valuable support for various administrative tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to broader team initiatives.
• Data Enrichment & Cleansing: Participate in data enrichment and cleansing activities to improve data quality and usability for analytical and operational purposes.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of data entry activities and contribute to the creation of reports as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary qualification or specific training in data entry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Proficiency in utilizing computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and various data entry software platforms.
