We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Site Administrator to join our team, working remotely with American Airlines. As a key member of our client management team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide online tool support for daily travel program requirements and escalation support to client management leaders and customer contacts
 - Function as the key liaison between client management and service delivery to ensure online program connectivity
 - Interact and support clients in online special projects and day-to-day requests, including basic program management and issue resolution
 - Manage online booking tool and profile tool sites globally, ensuring seamless integration of tool changes and initiatives with online fulfillment operations
 - Analyze transaction types, fulfillment processes, and technology options to reduce transactional touch and increase adoption
 - Develop and conduct client seminars regarding online tools, using online, self-directed, and in-person venues as applicable
 - Maintain relationships with client technical contacts to ensure timely resolution of user issues and provide assistance to client online users
 
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of the business travel industry, with experience supporting Concur OBT, CONNECT Portal, and SABRE GDS
 - Extensive customer service skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
 - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
 - Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and effectively utilize technology via the web or GBT reporting tools
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage up and set expectations to manage workflow and expected ETAs
