About the Role

In this role, you will be part of a regional team that is responsible for managing lounge operations, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement processes that enhance the overall customer experience. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in this role, as you will be interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and appreciated
  • Manage lounge operations, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement processes that enhance the overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a positive, value-added, consultative relationship with business leaders and HR partners across the American Express organization
  • Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues on customer service issues, ensuring that all employees are equipped to deliver exceptional experiences

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a hospitality or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
