Role Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing sales team at Elavon, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank. As a digital sales superstar, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth through digital sales channels, responding to inbound sales calls and web leads, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth through digital sales channels, leveraging your expertise and passion for payments solutions
- Respond quickly to inbound sales calls and web leads, utilizing effective discovery methods to understand prospects' business needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to manage your sales opportunity pipeline and interactions with prospects, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elavon products and services, marketing activities, and competitors' offerings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, billing, customer care, and operations, to ensure a positive experience for Elavon customers and drive business growth
What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, preferably in payments, software (SaaS), or technology, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of an innovative company
- Experience in the payments industry or selling SaaS products, with a high energy, confident, and comfortable engaging with customers through digital tools and over the phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to sell using a consultative sales approach and negotiate and close sales in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to react quickly to change, adapt to new processes, and learn about new product offerings
- Experience using Salesforce.com or another CRM, and Microsoft suite of office products, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our team
