Job Title: Remote ASG Support Technician (Overnight Shift) - Transforming Public Safety through Innovative Technology

Our Video Analysis as a Service (VaaS) company is a leading provider of data and image analytics for vehicle location, and we're seeking a skilled ASG Support Technician to join our team. As a Tier 2 support specialist, you'll provide top-notch technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software and hardware equipment, including laptops, servers, and LPR camera systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person support
- Independently troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Installing and supporting software and hardware equipment
- Maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participating in on-call rotations and monitoring chat sessions to support other team members
We're looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years of networking and/or customer service experience
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Strong technical skills, including experience with software and hardware equipment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Our overnight shift schedule:
- Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11:00pm to 9:30am Central Time
- Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 11:00pm to 9:30am Central Time
- Must be available to change shifts due to business needs
