Remote Business Analyst Opportunity with Coca-Cola - $26/Hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team at Coca-Cola. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by providing data-driven insights and analysis to inform strategic decisions. This is a part-time, remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to support business decision-making
- Investigate the performance of pilot drives and follow a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)
- Maintain and update required tools based on business needs (e.g., BPM or Course Planning models)
- Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions
- Proactively search for trends and patterns in data to identify opportunities or gaps for the business to consider or address
- Support the development of Coke Florida tools to improve financial targets and enhance value chain capabilities
- Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and create executive summaries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of business management, supply chain, marketing, finance, or operations experience with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or forecasting
- Management consulting or engineering experience highly preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities
- Strong data literacy and data visualization skills via Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
- Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement
- Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support various stakeholders
- Strong change management skills and ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL
- Statistical analysis using R or a similar tool
- Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Operational understanding of selling, distribution, warehouse, production processes
- Project management or service experience
