What You’ll Do
- Represent Apple’s Vision: Act as a dynamic brand ambassador across multiple retail partner locations, fostering trust and driving engagement with Apple’s ecosystem of products, services, and accessories.
- Drive Sales Impact: Directly sell Apple solutions to customers, collaborate with retail partners to expand their Apple offerings, and influence in-store experiences even when off-site.
- Enhance Customer Experiences: Showcase Apple’s cutting-edge technology through immersive product demonstrations, workshops, and personalized training sessions that highlight the value of our products.
- Optimize Store Presence: Ensure all Apple merchandising elements, fixtures, and product displays are meticulously maintained and aligned with brand standards to create a cohesive retail environment.
- Gather Insights: Translate customer feedback and market observations into actionable recommendations for Apple teams, contributing to continuous improvement of our retail strategy.
- Operate with Agility: Manage a flexible schedule (typically Wednesday–Sunday, with occasional overtime) and coordinate weekly partner visits while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer engagement roles
- Deep passion for Apple technology and its ability to transform lives
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences
- Proven ability to educate, inspire, and influence through product knowledge and storytelling
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to retail partner locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record of driving sales results in a retail or solution-based selling environment
- Experience in delivering in-store training or workshops to customers/partners
- High integrity, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic setting
- Proficiency in time management, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks under pressure
- Keen interest in staying updated on emerging technologies and retail trends
