We're looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team and help us deliver memorable experiences to our customers.
Job Description:
As a French-speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice and support with their bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices. You will work closely with our business and private customers, assisting them via phone and email, and ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone and email
- Assist customers with their bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
- Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with a heavy workload
- Proficiency in MS-Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
