About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized, flexible, and detail-oriented Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team at Workwarp. As a full-time position, you will be working Monday through Friday, with an immediate start date. Enjoy a competitive salary of $15.50 - $20.00 per hour, along with excellent benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
 - Update and maintain records with precision
 - Operate a variety of office equipment, including computers, printers, and photocopiers
 - Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
 - Schedule appointments and manage calendars
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer software
 - Experience with standard office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers
 - QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
 - Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
 - High school diploma or equivalent required
 - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
