Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you will work with a large healthcare insurance provider to deliver exceptional service to customers, resolving issues and answering questions related to claims, benefits, enrollment, and more. This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable company, providing top-notch service to Medicare members.Key Details:
- Location: 100% Remote (must be within a 1-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103)
- Duration: 3-month contract-to-hire
- Compensation: Competitive salary
- Schedule: Flexible, with rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays (37.5 hours/week, with opportunities for overtime)
- Number of Positions: 20+
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, providing empathetic and professional support * Resolve issues related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more * Work with customers to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, upholding the company's 5-star service standardsRequirements:
- Call Center Experience: Inbound customer service experience (no telesales)
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with a strong orientation towards service and empathy
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information
- Technical Skills: Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- eSkills Test: Must score 80% or above
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience
- Industry Experience: Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Medicare
- Medical Background: Medical background or terminology experience
