Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone. You'll assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You'll receive comprehensive training to upskill and support our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone to members with pharmacy benefit plans
  • Assist members with questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries
  • Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, or customer service environment
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient and helpful way
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
