As a Remote Extended Services Manager, you will play a critical role in leading account-health related activities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving supply chain efficiency for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to drive account health, sustainability, and cost reduction for our customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to identify operational efficiency initiatives and cost reduction opportunities
  • Lead projects to drive overall supply chain savings for our customers and provide regular scorecard reviews to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ranging from C-level executives to warehouse associates, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize advanced tools and systems, including Salesforce, SAP, and MS Excel, to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or comparable experience
  • 5-7 years of sales or customer service experience, with 2-3 years of prior industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with ability to work autonomously and in a matrix environment
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
