Job Overview:

We are seeking 24 highly skilled and passionate General Music Teachers to join our team in the USA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach music understanding, appreciation, harmony, and choral music to elementary pupils, adapting the curriculum to meet the needs of each student
  • Plan and execute a balanced music program, utilizing a repertoire of traditional and contemporary music literature
  • Provide individual and small group instruction to develop students' musical skills and encourage participation in musical performances
  • Evaluate student progress, assess musical growth, and communicate with parents on pupil development
  • Maintain school-owned music equipment and instruments, and cooperate with school staff to provide musical programs for school events

Requirements:

  • Meet certification requirements of the State of Delaware for Teacher of Music K-12
