Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating webchat interactions, acting on leads, and presenting Norwegian Cruise Line products to meet customer needs and exceed revenue goals.
- Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and making travel recommendations.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining a prospect list/contact database to identify client travel trends and promote Norwegian Cruise Line products.
- Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations to clients.
- Participate in daily team meetings, sales training, and department-approved mass email campaigns to ensure accurate information is communicated to direct consumers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years of sales experience preferred, with cruise sales experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with direct guests and internal teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line's products, including current fleet and ship itineraries.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota-driven.

- Competitive salary ($24,960+) and commission pay, with average annual earnings of $55-60k.
