Responsibilities

- Develop in-depth knowledge of our banking software and apps to provide expert support to clients
- Collaborate with software technicians, technical support, and developers to resolve complex technical issues
- Analyze technical logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects
- Communicate technical processes and solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn technical skills quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
