Clinical Teaching Track Faculty - Bioengineering (Open-Rank)
Job Summary:
The Department of Bioengineering at the University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus invites applications for a full-time, open-rank Clinical Teaching Track (CTT) faculty position. We seek a highly motivated and experienced educator to lead, develop, and teach courses across our undergraduate and graduate curricula, with a focus on integrating best practices in engineering education.Responsibilities:
- Lead and teach courses across the undergraduate and graduate curricula in Bioengineering
 - Develop and implement best practices in engineering education
 - Support design course instructors and provide alignment of program objectives through the core curriculum
 - Interface with clinical clients on the Anschutz Medical Campus
 - Conduct pedagogical research and implement innovative teaching methods

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- PhD or other terminal degree in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, or related discipline
 - Significant experience in professional design and/or design teaching
 - Teaching experience at the undergraduate level
 - Experience in course and curriculum development
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels
 - Experience advising and mentoring students
 - Scholarly research skills and experience
 - Training in implementation of contemporary pedagogical research in the classroom
