About the Role & Team

As a Manager of Program Development - Facility Asset Management (FAM), you'll lead the WDW IFP Team, responsible for developing and implementing a coordinated multi-year plan and annual technical review with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic partner for the organization, driving key business decisions and developing/maintaining the integrated multi-year plan to sustain WDW assets.
  • Influence teams and internal business partners in support of organizational priorities and strategies.
  • Develop business strategies, goals, and metrics for the IFP team and program.
  • Lead and partner with subject matter experts to develop and evaluate asset strategies (life cycle analysis) and related impacts.
  • Partner with FOS departments to improve systems, tools, reports, and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports.
  • Build effective working relationships with all business partners.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 10+ years of construction experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with 5+ years in a Project Management environment.
  • Experience developing and analyzing operational finance reports.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction processes and long-range facility asset planning.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and partner with multiple organizations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to engage subject matter experts.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
