As a Market Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in optimizing clinical pod operations to exceed financial goals and improve patient outcomes.

Pomelo Care is a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and problem solvers passionate about improving care for moms and babies. Our technology-driven care platform enables us to engage patients early, conduct individualized risk assessments for poor pregnancy outcomes, and deliver coordinated, personalized virtual care throughout pregnancy, NICU stays, and the first postpartum year.

Role Description

As a Market Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading the operations and evening coverage of all care delivery pods, consisting of multi-specialty clinicians, triage/evening nurses, and support team members. Your primary objective will be to optimize pod performance, ensuring growth targets, profitability goals, and clinical outcomes metrics are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations and evening coverage of care delivery pods
  • Be accountable for pod performance, including hitting growth targets, profitability goals, and clinical outcomes metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing, population health, and clinical teams to establish regular patient engagement and outcomes goals
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with day shift Market Operations Leads
  • Monitor pod performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to optimize processes
  • Analyze data and metrics to gain insights into pod performance
  • Co-lead daily huddles for the clinical team alongside pod provider leads

Who You Are

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with:

  • 4+ years of operations or consulting experience, ideally in healthcare delivery or a high-growth startup
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Passion for maternal and child health
