About the Role: As a USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee, you'll be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving sales and financial performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with associates, stakeholders, and customers to achieve business objectives, implement change initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will enable you to succeed in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop teams to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and resolve customer complaints
  • Drive financial performance and sales growth through effective budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
  • Provide supervision, development opportunities, and recognition to hourly associates
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, identify improvement opportunities, and demonstrate adaptability and continuous learning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

Requirements:

  • 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
  • Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
