Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, providers, and colleagues via phone, email, and chat
- Prioritize service and customer experience in all interactions
- Demonstrate strong guest-focused engagement and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Schedule reservations for patients and families
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience or related guest-focused engagement
- Call center experience in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
- High School diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Spanish speaking skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related service
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
