Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and providing accurate information about products and services. You will also be required to document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records, follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service, and collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
