Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-bound and out-bound calls to support program requirements, including medication adherence, member outreach, and provider follow-up calls
- Provide exceptional customer service, serving as a resource for internal and external customers
- Complete calls and assignments, meeting productivity standards and deadlines
- Review prescription claims documentation, collect and maintain eligibility information, and exhibit excellent phone and communication skills
- Collaborate with internal staff and providers to resolve issues and improve patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our pharmacy team

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Pharmacy Technician license or certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with 1+ year of administrative support experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work independently, with some supervision and direction from manager
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with certified medical assistant training or certification
- Bilingual language proficiency (English/Spanish)
- Experience with medication adherence measures, Salesforce documentation, and Rx Claim experience
