This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates in the PST time zone. As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in contributing to the overall release readiness in the Intune space and other areas related to security products or services, compliance, and identity.
Job Overview
The purpose of our team is to ensure release readiness as part of the security organization, targeting different division areas. Your typical day will involve:
- 10-20% meetings
- 50-60% day-to-day operations
- Newsletters and editing technical content
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with Azure DevOps
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, written communication)
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with Outlook and Teams
Job Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals, and directing the integration of technical activities
- Presenting and explaining proposals, reports, and findings to clients
- Recruiting employees, assigning, directing, and evaluating their work, and overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence
- Analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
- Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
Education and Experience
We require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with PMI or PMP certification preferred.
