Remote Project Manager/Business Analyst (Higher Education) - Part-time Opportunity
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours/week), working 100% remotely. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation of a project to integrate a new population of employees (students) into our existing Workday Recruiting application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to assess and document business requirements for the project
 - Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuring consistency with university PMO strategy, commitments, and goals
 - Serve as a liaison between the university's functional and technical areas to assess and develop requirements for the Recruiting Module
 - Coordinate and monitor all project activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality and performance objectives
 - Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, and quality, with a high level of communication with internal teams and stakeholders
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and relevant business process analysis and project management training and experience required
 - 8-10 years of overall PM/BA experience, with 3+ years of experience project managing Workday platform
 - Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification a plus
 - Experience in a higher education environment required
