Job Summary: Firstrade Securities Inc., a leading online brokerage firm, is looking for a self-motivated Client Support Associate to join our Customer Service Department. As a Client Support Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with our investment services, resolving questions and complaints, and providing exceptional customer service through email, phone, and live chat channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily interaction with customers via email, phone, and live chat to address investment-related inquiries and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, meeting customer demands and resolving issues in a prompt, respectful, and courteous manner.
- Assess customer information and offer tailored product and service solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Take ownership of customer issues, resolving problems independently and escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Perform a range of tasks to meet business needs, prioritizing multiple tasks and details with accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Chinese (writing, reading, and typing) and ability to read and type in English.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage and de-escalate difficult situations.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to use customer information to tailor responses and actions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and details with accuracy and timeliness.
- Associate degree preferred, with ideal candidates having previous chat and/or email customer service experience.
