Requirements and Qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri
 - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
 - High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred
 - Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
 
Responsibilities
- Contact patients or physician offices to coordinate medication changes
 - Manage inbound calls from providers regarding medication-related inquiries
 - Maintain accurate and efficient documentation for all communications and processes
