About the Role: As a Remote Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within the industrial sector. Collaborating closely with our engineering and technical teams, you'll provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify and qualify potential industrial clients through market research and prospecting, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and developing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Technical Sales: Understand complex technical specifications and industry standards, effectively communicating technical product information and solutions to customers, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with engineering teams to address customer inquiries.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, proactively identifying and addressing customer needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and accurately forecast sales and revenue.
