Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle inquiries from providers, members, and stakeholders, conducting research to answer complex questions
  • Monitor and track vendor performance, providing recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems and escalate issues as necessary
  • Develop and deliver targeted training based on identified educational needs
  • Facilitate project management initiatives to ensure successful execution of projects

Requirements:

  • Must adhere to federal and state laws, and applicable compliance standards
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while applying expertise in relevant subject areas
  • Strong analytical skills to review high-risk denials and identify root causes
  • Experience in monitoring quality and productivity metrics in a healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare billing, coding, or revenue cycle management
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards and compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and content
  • Background in project management or process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to integrate new systems processes into existing workflows
