About the Role
The Regional Vice President of Development will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our Full-Service brands on the East Coast. This will involve:
- Understanding the hotel industry and franchise development process
- Analyzing and evaluating hotel markets to determine potential growth opportunities
- Developing relationships with owners, operators, and franchisees
- Representing Hyatt at key industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 5+ years of hotel franchise sales and development experience
- Established relationships with owners, operators, consultants, and management companies
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding goals and driving business results
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
