About the Team:

DoorDash for Business is a standalone vertical within DoorDash, focused on building meal procurement solutions for companies. With over $100 billion spent annually on food for employees and customers, our team is dedicated to providing innovative solutions to meet the needs of Fortune 1000 companies.

About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of ~8 Enterprise Account Executives, helping them build pipeline and drive net new customer acquisition strategies across the US. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, legal, sales operations, and product, to build and execute on growth and operational initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives to attract new Enterprise customers and drive revenue growth
  • Building and executing on strategies to build pipeline, accelerate win rates, and drive revenue
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth initiatives
  • Coaching and developing talent, hiring, and helping to win business
  • Driving a people-first approach to attract outstanding talent and support the personal development of team members

Requirements:

We are looking for a sales professional with:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Mid-Market/Enterprise sales
  • 3+ years in sales leadership managing a SaaS team covering Mid-Market/ENT accounts
  • Experience building close relationships with large corporations and structuring creative deal terms
  • A people-first approach to leadership and a commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion
