About the Role: Mentors will guide and support their mentee, who are Thaddeus' adult women clients, through personal and professional growth in a positive and respectful relationship. Location: Remote Responsibilities: • Meet with assigned clients (up to 3 at a time) • Meet virtually weekly through Microsoft Teams • Work with women to help achieve professional, academic, and other goals with your mentee. • Whether it be in the form of networking, resume building, etc. • Experiences, hobbies, and interests are used to match mentees with mentors to • Work collaboratively with mentees to reach achievements Requirements: • Must currently reside in the U.S. • Mentors are required to commit a minimum of 1 year • Must be available for a minimum of 5 hours per week (flexible scheduling) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
