Our company specializes in mobile grooming services for pets, so experience in the pet care or grooming industry will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails.
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with clients.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our grooming services.
• Schedule, update, and manage grooming appointments in the system.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and concerns efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service or a related role (preferred).
• Experience in the pet care or grooming industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in using computers, email platforms, and scheduling software.
