We are currently seeking a Part-Time Live Chat Support Representative to join our team and assist our customers in real-time. Responsibilities • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat. • Assist authors and publishers with questions related to the IngramSpark platform, including account setup, publishing processes, and distribution options. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services and support processes. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and share insights on common inquiries. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, business, or a related field is a plus. • Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in a live chat environment. • Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with publishing processes and terminology is an advantage. • Proficient in using chat support software and other relevant tools.
